Pcounter XAuditron - Accounting for Xerox Auditron

Pcounter XAuditron (PCXA) software is a Pcounter add-on product which interacts with Xerox multifunction printers.

• PCXA downloads user/account codes to each printer.  User codes can be imported directly from Active Directory or NDS/eDirectory.  Account codes can imported from Pcounter client codes or used as Pcounter Pro PIN numbers.
  
  
• PCXA retrieves all job records and adds them to the standard Pcounter logging and reporting.
  
  
• Print, copy, fax, and scan records are all included.  Color/mono and duplex reporting is supported.
  
  
• All user interaction takes place on the multifuntion printer touch screen, without the need for additional hardware.
  
  
• Secure print job release and pull (follow) printing on EIP-capable machines.
  
  
• Requirements:
  
  
  • Windows NT 4.0 or later machine to run the control service.  (NetWare support also requires Novell Client 32.)
  • Xerox multifunction printer with EIP capability.  (Workcentre 72xx/73xx/76xx, Workcentre Pro 2xx, Workcentre 56xx )
  • Xerox multifunction printer with Network Accounting software installed.  (Available from Xerox - also known as JBA accounting.)
